Created in 2004, Karisma is a recruitment agency focusing on to people in purchasing, to answer companies’ new needs in terms of international purchasing managers.  

In a global environment, where outsourcing, subcontracting, delocalisation, re-localisation, mergers and acquisitions are becoming commonplace, purchasing finds itself at the heart of these strategic decisions. In benchmark organisations, purchasing plays a totally different role than it did even 10 years ago.   

Purchasing objectives are directly in line with the ‘success model’ of companies in terms of quality, innovation, services, sustainable development, financial results, customer and shareholder’s satisfaction. Purchasing receives executive boards’ attention and is part of companies’ global strategy.
