Etude sur les process de recrutement

Mardi 15 janvier 2008
Dear all,
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy New Year filled with health, hapiness and prosperity !!!

From a Purchasing recruitment point of view, 2007 was a busy year …and it seems very clear that 2008 will be even more active, as more and more sectors of business are underlining the needs to have high level talented individuals into purchasing and procurement roles.

The key problem facing companies today is the shortage of high level people with procurement experience…and as a consequence, many ‘Heads of Purchasing’ are talking about ‘the war for talent’.

This means than more than ever, companies need to be really focussed on their recruitment and have an efficient process to capture the right people for the right positions as quickly as possible.

But for many companies, this is clearly not the case. Today, the way that many multinationals go about recruiting purchasing professionnals …the process they use and the people involved …seem to differ enormously from company to company.

For this reason, Karisma is carrying out a survey to highlight the difference in the recruitment processes of companies today …and which, hopefully, will encourage them to improve their own process.

We would therefore be very grateful if you could contribute to this survey…by giving an example of your own personal experience at any period over the last 3 years.
If you could spend a couple of minutes to answer these few questions, this would really help !

Please send the word document at contact@karismapeople.com.

I would like to thank you in advance for your precious time and contribution to this survey and wish you again a very challenging and prosperous 2008.

Kind regards
